Do you shoot destination weddings/travel?
Yes! In fact the first wedding we shot together was a destination wedding in Fiji!
We love to travel for weddings! In your inquiry, be sure to let me know what location(s) you're thinking about and I can provide you with a custom quote!
Will there be a second shooter?
Yes! My super amazing, super talented partner Rhys and I shoot weddings together as we not only enjoy it, but we firmly believe that having a second photographer is an incredible way to tell the complete story of your day, such as being able to cover the groom and bride separately before the ceremony, as well as being able to shoot from a different perspective throughout all the key moments.
I don’t charge extra for this. But I believe there is such value in having a second photographer and I want my clients to have that.
What kind of gear do you use?

We shoot with Canon and have a variety of lenses for different purposes...
Bodies: 2x Canon 5D Mark IV
Backup camera: Canon 7D
Drone: DJI Phantom IV Pro (Weather permitting)
70-200mm L series lenses (x2) Fabulously versatile and give you the gorgeous bokeh.
100mm f2.8 macro, for the rings and beautiful detail shots.
24-70mm f2.8 L series. A versatile, beautifully sharp lens that enables us to fit more in the frame.
50mm Sigma prime lens. One of Rhys' favourites. Love this lens as the subject appears as it would 'to the eye.'
35mm 1.4 Sigma art. Mainly my newborn lens, beautifully crisp with dynamic colours.
We mainly shoot natural light but also carry lights, flash and an octobox in case needed.
How will I receive my images?
Your photos will be delivered via online gallery where you will receive your high resolution digital images. You will be able to view, share, order prints and download your images with a simple click!
My partner does not like the camera. How do you make the photos look natural?
"I'm a natural introvert who does not like being in front of a camera." If you just think about what the day is really about, you will have no problems acting natural in front of a camera. it really shouldn't be about the photographer or the photos. it's about celebrating your love in front of your family and friends. it's about the journey you are on with the person you love the most in this world. my aim is to make your feel comfortable with me and before you even realise it, you will have a collection of incredible images to last a lifetime.
How long will it take to see any of our wedding photos?
I will always send you a couple of edited 'sneak peek' photos over the next week so you have something to view and share. On average, the gallery of images will be supplied in an online gallery approximately 6-8 weeks after your wedding date.
Can we give you a shot list?
I request a a list of the family group shots but you can trust us on the rest of the day, I will get it! but please let me know of any important details that I might not otherwise know about.
Will you hold the date for us?
I can’t hold a date for you, but I can let you know if someone else enquires about the same date before you’ve booked me, however it is a first come, first served process, so whoever pays their booking fee first secures the date.
How do we book you for our wedding?
Send me a message or email and i'll get right back to you. We can then catch up over coffee (or gin!) If you have any questions you want answered before you book. When you are ready to book, you lock in a 20% deposit to secure your date. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

All collections include high-resolution edited digital images.
Drone aerial photography is subject to venue approval, NZ fly zones, location, weather and time constraints.
Travel is included within Waikato, Taupo, Rotorua and Bay Of Plenty.
Travel costs outside of these regions may apply.
Pricing and packages are subject to change unless the $500 booking fee is paid, the booking fee goes towards the total balance of your booking and is non-refundable.
All pricing is in NZD and includes GST.
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card and online bank transfer.
